room, Sabre and Mys headed back to the great
hall.Trying to lighten the mood, Sabre started telling Mys
about the day one Elf was trying to let the Dwarf mason
know just how he thought the first tower should go up.
Needless to say what happened next set back construction
two days and more materials had to be sent for.
Sabre wondered just what was keeping Soul. Something
caught her eye as they passed Soul's room. Stopping, she
went back inside and found his new case sitting just
inside the room. Glad that it had finally arrived, Sabre
touched the tall dark cedar case with glass front. She
hoped Soul liked it, having had it specially made for
his weapons of trade. Looking about the room making
sure everything was ready for him, she saw the table
in the middle of the room. Along one wall were
shelves holding maps of the entire kingdom. on each side
of the shelves were two bookcases. Although no books
were in them,Sabre knew it wouldn't take him long to
fill them up. A chair was placed in the middle of the
windows that went from ceiling to floor, a nice view of
the swamp just outside. Turning back to Mys, Sabre
said,
" I thought this would be a nice starting point for
his tracking,,,, stuff, kinda like his headquarters
so to speak."
Smiling slightly, Sabre walked back
to Mys,
" Well what do you think?,,Think he will
like it?"....
