Soulhunter wakes never remembering the blow which
knocked him out. "Sabre," his mind screams and he sits up
quickly, and even more quickly lays back as his head
throbs. He reaches back and tenderly feels the knot on
the back of his head, feeling the stickiness of dried
blood. He looks at the sky trying to guess how long he
had been out. It appeared he had been out all night.
He quickly looked around the site. The bandits had
left precious little behind. He had his weapons and
clothes and that was about it. As he scanned the site, he
saw Sabre's katana and knew she had been taken. He
had to get back to the Keep and call on the Red Lions
for assistance. He picked up the katana, wrapped it
in a blanket, and strapped it to his back. He then
began to make his way on foot toward the swamp which
housed his Keep.
